Clinical Case Presentation
Length: 16 Minutes


This program will expire and must be completed by 11/15/26.

This session will employ the learner’s deduction and reasoning skills to arrive at a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Learning Objectives:
·    Interpret a challenging clinical scenario 
·    Review factors and lead a group discussion to come to a diagnosis 
·    Discuss the typical and extreme clinical states in the disease process 

Accreditation Statement:
The Montana Osteopathic Medical Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of .25 AOA Category 1-A credit and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

Grievance Policy:
All grievances should be in writing and should specify the nature of the grievance.  Initially, all grievances should be directed to the MOMA Executive Director, who will then forward said grievance to the Education & Convention Committee.  All grievances will receive an initial response in writing within 30 days of receipt.  If the participant does not receive a satisfactory response, they can submit a complaint in writing to the Bureau of Osteopathic Education of the AOA at 142 East Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60611.

David Miller, DO

David Miller, DO is a Family Medicine and OMT physician at Family Health Services, in Burley, Idaho. He attended medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, Washington, followed by residency at Henry Ford Allegiance Health, in Jackson. Michigan. He is particularly interested in the use of OMT to care for patients.
