Mrs. Heather Johns LCSW
Center for Mental Wellness
Heather Johns is the manager of the Center for Mental Wellness at Capital Region Medical Center. She graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and completed her Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Heather obtained her clinical license in social work practicing in an outpatient setting, working with all ages around mental health diagnosis and family life stressors. She also has earned her Master Certified Physician Development Coach license. Heather is the Clinical Administrator for hte MAOPS Physician and Health Professional Wellness Program, serving physicians and helath professionals throughout the state of Missouri.
Heather enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, yoga, walking her bassett hound, and attending sporting events.
