Grievance Policy for AOA Credit:
All grievances should be in writing and should specify the nature of the grievance.  Initially, all grievances should be directed to the MAOPS Executive Director, who will then forward said grievance to the Education & Convention Committee.  All grievances will receive an initial response in writing within 30 days of receipt.  If the participant does not receive a satisfactory response, they can submit a complaint in writing to the Bureau of Osteopathic Education of the AOA at 142 East Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60611.

Dr. Pam Laubscher is an Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy Specialist and Family Medicine physician in Tucson, Arizona. She is board certified in Family Medicine by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Laubscher received her Doctor of Osteopathy in 1988 from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, now known as Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Athens, Ohio. She then completed an internship in Osteopathic Medicine in 1989 at Tucson General Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Laubscher completed her residency in Allopathic Family Medicine in 1992 at the University of California at Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.

Dr. Laubscher left medicine because of burnout and returned to practice years later. The path that led her back to primary care and osteopathic manipulation was increasing and maintaining her self-care. Dr. Laubscher is passionate and committed to the well-being of doctors.
