Dr Paulson is passionate about chasing elk in Colorado's high country every September with his bow. Most recently, reflecting on the hardships in his personal life and how each has made him stronger and more prepared for the future, he has developed an interest in discomfort science. He now sees this as an opportunity to help others maximize their potential and improve wellness with some intentional and planned discomfort. This idea has renewed his curiosity, and he has started to investigate this idea with hopes of finding a way to utilize intentional discomfort in a way that will improve the physical and mental wellness of others.

Dr. Paulson discloses that he has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing healthcare goods or services consumed by or used on patients relative to the content of this presentation.
