Jonathan Betlinski, MD


Dr. Jonathan Betlinski is a Clinical Associate Professor and the Director of the Division of Public Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. Among other projects, he serves as Medical Director for the Oregon Psychiatric Access Line about Adults, Lead Faculty for the Oregon ECHO Network, Program Committee Chair for the Oregon Psychiatric Physicians Association, and certified trainer for adult and youth Mental Health First Aid. Dr. Betlinski is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Betlinski completed his medical degree at Loma Linda University of Medicine in Loma Linda, California. He then completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico. His areas of interest include rural psychiatry, public psychiatry, telepsychiatry, and integrated care.
