Daniel Henery, DO


Dr. Daniel Henery grew up in Washington state, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. He worked in finance for a short time and then decided to pursue his dream of attending medical school. He is a proud graduate of the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Samaritan Health Services program in Corvallis, Oregon. Dr. Henery served as Chief Resident of the Internal Medicine program during his final year of residency. He is currently a Cardiology fellow at Samaritan Health Services.

While in medical school, Dr. Henery was the student government vice president and served as a representative for the Council of Osteopathic Student Government Presidents. He was nominated to Sigma Sigma Phi, a national osteopathic honors society, for his academic performance and leadership. Previous honors include winning 1st place at the 2019 Oregon ACP Conference as a clinical research presenter, as well as being nominated to present at the 2022 Oregon ACC Cardiovascular Symposium.

Dr. Henery enjoys spending time with his wife, two dogs, and two cats outside of work.
