Dr. Kawaoka is Brown Dermatology’s Residency Program Director and the Co-Director of the Cutaneous Lymphoma Clinic. He attended Brown University for his undergraduate studies and completed medical school at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He then completed a dermatology residency at Brown Dermatology. His clinical interests include cutaneous lymphoma, dermoscopy, and skin cancer detection.
