Justin Puckett, DO, FAAFP, FACOFP, FOMA, CPE

Dr. Justin Puckett is the Chief Medical Officer of Complete Family Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri. He founded this practice, and it has grown to over 20 providers serving seven communities in Northeast Missouri. It is now a part of the Hannibal Regional Healthcare System. Dr. Justin Puckett is board certified in Osteopathic Family Medicine and OMT by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and in Obesity Medicine by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He is a graduate of AT Still University – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) in Kirksville, Missouri. Dr. Puckett completed his residency in Family Medicine and OMT at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri. He then completed his fellowship in Health Policy through the American Osteopathic Association and the New York Institute of Technology - College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYIT-COM). He is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Obesity Medicine Association.

Dr. Puckett enjoys practicing full-spectrum family medicine and providing obesity medicine consultations. He is active in the community, serving on various boards and advisory committees. He is an avid teacher, nearly always having a healthcare student work alongside him. Dr. Puckett was named the Missouri Osteopathic Family Physician of the Year by the Missouri Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians in 2019. 

Dr. Puckett is married to his wife Kylene, and they have four children, ages 12-17. Together, they are active in their faith community and enjoy traveling and exploring new places. He especially enjoys scuba diving with his two oldest sons and wife.
