Dr. Cooley received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Washburn University, his Doctor of Osteopathy from Kansas City University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, and he is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Cooley has served as Program Director for the Addiction Related Services at the Menninger Clinic, Child Psychiatrist for the Wyandot Behavioral Health Center, Medical Director of the Opioid Dependency Treatment Program for the Samuel U Rodgers Health Center, and the supervising physician for the Pain Management Services for the Health Partnership Clinic. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Primary Care here at KCU and is the Consulting Psychiatrist for the Kansas University Counseling and Education Support Services.
