Tania Elliott, MD, FAAAAI, FACAAI


Dr. Tania Elliott is the Chief Medical Officer at Nectar, a comprehensive hybrid Allergy clinic with a flagship office in New York City. Dr. Elliott is board certified in Internal Medicine by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons and in Allergy/Immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Previously, she served as Chief Medical Officer, Virtual Care, and Vice President of Clinical and Network Services for Ascension. In this role, Dr. Elliott led virtual care services and innovative care delivery models, including advancing the adoption of virtual care inclusive of inpatient, ambulatory, and remote patient monitoring programs across the continuum in 22 states. Dr. Elliott also led the organization's ambulatory behavioral health strategy, leveraging technology to insert behavioral health services into primary care and the clinical care model for hospital care at home.

Dr. Elliott also previously served as Medical Director, Clinical Solutions, at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where she specialized in developing innovative clinical programs incorporating the use of RPM and digital engagement for cardiovascular disease, women's health, and championed telemedicine reimbursement strategy.  She also served as Medical Director of Doctor On Demand, now known as Included Health, where she was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training the nation's first virtual-only physician workforce.

Dr. Elliott is a nationally recognized leader in the digital health space. Dr. Elliott is a board member of the American Telemedicine Association, co-chair of the Telehealth Standards committee for CTA,  chair of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (ACAAI) Telehealth and Technology Taskforce, a faculty mentor for Stanford University's Masters in Clinical Informatics Management program, and a Senior Fellow for the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. 

Dr. Elliott completed medical school at Jefferson Medical College (now the Sidney Kimmel Medical College) at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York and her fellowship at NYU Winthrop Hospital, Mineola, New York.
