Dr. Frank Pavlovcic is the Attending Psychiatrist and the Outpatient Clinical Director for the St. Joseph Mercy Health Chelsea outpatient behavioral services in Chelsea, Michigan. Dr. Pavlovcic is board certified in Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. Dr. Pavlovcic received his Doctor of Osteopathy from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, in 2001. He completed his intership in Family Medicine and Psychiatry through the National Capital Consortium in Washington DC and his residency in Psychiatry at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Pavlovcic served in the Army and was deployed to Iraq in 2007. He then worked for the Veteran's Health Administration in Fairbanks, Alaska, before moving back to Michigan in 2011. He currently participates in medical student education at Adjunct Clinical Faculty for the University of Michigan Medical School.

Dr. Pavlovcic is the Chair of the credentialing committee for St. Joseoph Mercy Health Chelsea Hospital and is a Trinity Health Michigan Regional Physician and Provider Assistance Committee member. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Medical Association, and American Osteopathic Association. His professional interests include adult attention deficit disorder, medical trainee education, medical staff policy/leadership, and provider wellness.

Outside of work, Dr. Pavlovcic's interests include music technology and production, viedography, and travel.
