The VOC is presented by the Georgia Osteopathic Medical Association (GOMA), the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS), the Missouri State Medical Association (MSMA), the North Carolina Osteopathic Medical Association (NCOMA), the Ohio Osteopathic Association (OOA), the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon (OPSO), and the Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA). This conference offers up to 48 CME credits of AOA Category 1-A Credit and AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ in a flexible format.

Live Virtual Conference:
The live virtual conference will be held February 16-18, 2024. The live virtual conference allows attendees an opportunity to interact with faculty in real time during the presentation.
On-Demand:
All 48 presentations will be available for on-demand viewing within two hours after each live presentation concludes. This allows you the opportunity to complete any presentation you may have missed during the live portion and view any of the other presentations on your schedule. To provide attendees with maximum flexibility, the conference will remain available for completion on-demand through midnight on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
Credit Options:
Registrants can choose from various credit level categories for this virtual conference in 8-credit increments. You can attend up to 24 credits from February 16 through 18 or earn up to a total of 48 credits on-demand. You choose which presentations to attend. If, after your initial purchase, you would like to increase to a higher credit level category, we will honor the discounted pricing. If you want to purchase additional credit in 8-credit increments, please call MAOPS at 573-634-3415.
Faculty Interaction:
Live conference attendees can chat and interact with faculty and other attendees while the presentations are playing. The VOC faculty will pre-record their lectures so they can answer questions in real time throughout the entire presentation. In the on-demand format, attendees will see all comments made during the live presentation and will be able to email questions to content experts. This offers you the maximum flexibility in what CME you take and when you take it.

Rates:
Member vs. Non-Member Rates – To take advantage of "Member Prices" for this conference, you must be a member of one of the six partner associations listed above. Membership will be verified with each partnering association. If you pay the member rate, and you are not a member of one of the six partner associations, you will be able to either join the state association or you will be required to submit the difference between the member rate you paid and the non-member rate before your CME certificate is made available!

Cancellations:
The registration fee for cancelations requested through Tuesday, January 16, 2024, will be credited back to the card used for your original purchase, less a $75 administrative fee. No refund will be given for cancelations after January 16, 2024!

AOA Grievance Policy:
All grievances should be in writing and specify the nature of the grievance. Dr. Kamaljit Atwal is a Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine Specialist at Adventist Health Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. She is also the Director of the Sleep Disorders Center, Chairman of the Ethics Committee, and Co-chair of the Critical Chair Committee. In addition, she is the Director of the Sleep Disorders Center at Tillamook General Hospital in Tillamook, Oregon. She received her Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines Osteopathic University, Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Atwal completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon, and her Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine fellowship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. Atwal is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Atwal has a particular professional interest in the ever-evolving area of sleep medicine relating to respiratory and cardiac systems. She also values sharing her professional knowledge to help patients' minds and bodies. She says, "As I teach my patients to heal, they teach me so much about humanity and life."

Dr. Jane Balbo is an Osteopathic Family Physician and an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (OUHCOM) in Athens, Ohio. She teaches the following topics: STIs, Sexual Health, and LGBTQ Health. Dr. Balbo is in clinical practice at OhioHealth Campus Care at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, providing comprehensive primary care to Ohio University students. She is a 2007 graduate of OUHCOM. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Doctor's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and her OMM/NMM Residency at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine. Dr. Balbo is board certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (OMM/NMM) by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. She is also board certified in Family Medicine and OMT by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Dr. Balbo's interests include patient-centered contraception counseling, sexually transmitted infections, women's health, training students and physicians to be skilled in the provision of affirming medical care for transgender and gender diverse people, LGBT health, college students health, OMM, and integrative medicine.

Dr. Edward Barnes graduated from Whittier College in Whittier, California, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Biology. Dr. Barnes then migrated to Kansas City, Kansas, to earn his Medical Degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He won a four-year Army Scholarship while in medical school and completed his internship and residency with the Army at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Barnes successfully completed his Nephrology and Hypertension Fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. He is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, serving as a Battalion Surgeon for a tank unit commanding 32 medics and providing care for over 1,000 soldiers. Dr. Barnes was honorably discharged from the Army in 2010 when he joined Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, to become the Director of Kidney Health for WesternU Health Clinic. He also serves as the Vice-Dean of College Affairs. He is the Co-Director of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion curriculum for the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP) at WesternU in Pomona, California. Dr. Barnes is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Hypertension by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Barnes received the Service in Leadership Award from COMP and COMP Northwest in 2020 and the Recognition Award for Teaching and Mentorship from the COMP DO Class of 2019. He also received the Excellence in Teaching Award from the American College of Physicians (ACP) in California Region II in 2017 and numerous other awards.
Dr. Barnes is dedicated to educating the future physicians of America and has applied a mission-driven approach toward the goals of the University. He is the founding Lead of the Office of Academic Innovation at COMP. Innovative programs like the experienced-based educational program called the Longitudinal Tracks, the student innovation interest group iSquad, and the Apple Distinguished School recognized Digital Doctor Bag program have blossomed. During his tenure at the Western University of Health Sciences, he has given educational symposium lectures at Loma Linda University, at regional conferences with the American College of Physicians, and at the University of California at Irvine. He has also delivered keynote speeches at symposiums as close as Portland, Oregon, and as far away as Shijiazhuang, China.

Dr Brandon Barthel is a practicing endocrinologist at University Health in Kansas City, Missouri. He is also an Assistant Professor of medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is affiliated with Truman Medical Center Hospital and University Health Lakewood Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Barthel graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the UMKC School of Medicine and a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Barthel is particularly interested in type 1 diabetes, diabetes technologies, and gender-affirming hormone therapy. Dr. Barthel was the Teacher of the Year for the UMKC Endocrinology Fellowship.

Dr. Matthew Bechtold is a Professor of Clinical Medicine and Clinical Gastroenterologist practicing general gastroenterology and nutrition at the University of Missouri, Columbia. He graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Medicine. Dr. Bechtold completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Missouri - Columbia & Harry S. Truman Veterans' Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He is a fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. Dr. Bechtold is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Despite a busy clinical schedule, Dr. Bechtold has published over 100 articles in outcomes research, nutrition, enteral access, and preventative strategies. He is actively involved in multiple national societies and serves as a member and chair on multiple national committees. He has been a national speaker on gastroenterology, quality improvement, and nutrition topics. He is very passionate about gastrointestinal diseases, nutrition, and quality improvement.

Dr. Jonathan Betlinski is a Clinical Associate Professor and the Director of the Division of Public Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. Among other projects, he serves as Medical Director for the Oregon Psychiatric Access Line about Adults, Lead Faculty for the Oregon ECHO Network, Program Committee Chair for the Oregon Psychiatric Physicians Association, and certified trainer for adult and youth Mental Health First Aid. Dr. Betlinski is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Betlinski completed his medical degree at Loma Linda University of Medicine in Loma Linda, California. Dr. Katherine Blount is a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Fellow at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. She previously worked for five years as a general pediatrician in Jefferson City, Missouri. Dr. Blount received her Master of Public Health from the University of Missouri in 2011 and then her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University in 2015. She completed her Pediatric residency at the University of Missouri in 2018. Dr. Blount is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Blount is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics. She is the Legislative and Advocacy Chair of the Missouri Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She serves as the co-chair of the Missouri Child Psychiatry Access Project Steering Committee. Dr. Blount just completed a second term on the American Academy of Pediatrics Section of Osteopathic Pediatricians Executive Committee.
Dr. Blount is married to Dr Lucas Blount, and they have two children, Charlee (3 years) and Teddy (5 months). They enjoy cooking, going out to eat or to the theater, being outside with the kids or on the trails, and watching and attending college sports events, especially now that they can take two future Mizzou Tigers to share the experience.

Dr. Stacy Blum is a dermatologist in private practice at Yoon Dermatology in Wentzville, Missouri. Dr. Blum earned her undergraduate degree at William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, graduating with honors. She attended medical school at A.T. Still University – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) in Kirksville, Missouri. She then completed her internship at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and her residency in Dermatology at Michigan State University. Dr. Blum is board certified in Dermatology by the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Blum specializes in treating skin conditions for patients of all ages. Her areas of expertise include medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She is a past MAOPS Wetzel Scholar.

Dr. Michael Brown is a graduate of A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed his Familty and Community Medicine residency at Truman Medical Centers in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Brown works for Meritas Health in Smithville, Missouri, where he practices Family Medicine. He is the former Assistant Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Medical Director of Telemedicine for Mosaic Life Care. Dr. Brown is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and Clinical Informatics by the American Board of Preventative Medicine.
Dr. Brown was the first physician to begin providing direct-to-consumer telemedicine in Missouri. He built a team of providers who continue to care remotely for patients throughout rural Northwest Missouri. His interests include innovative ways to deliver health care to his patients and increasing physician satisfaction with electronic health records.
Dr. Brown lives in Smithville, Missouri, with his wife and seven children and continues his family tradition of beekeeping. He also enjoys photography and running, two beneficial skills for any beekeeper. Dr. Brown is a past President of MAOPS, and under his leadership, during the COVID pandemic, he was instrumental in MAOPS switching its CME focus to virtual learning.

Dr. Pradeep Chandra is a cardiologist specializing in general and invasive cardiology. Dr. Chandra works for St. Louis Heart & Vascular and they have six office locations throughout St. Louis, Missouri and in Granite City, Illinois. Dr. Chandra received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, now known as Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCU-COM). Dr. Chandra returned to Saint Louis University and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine. He served as chief resident and a clinical instructor in the Department of Internal Medicine. Dr. Chandra remained in St. Louis for his fellowship training in Cardiology at Saint Louis University Hospital, where he also served as chief fellow. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and in Echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Chandra uses the most advanced diagnostic procedures to help patients manage their heart conditions. His special areas of interest and expertise include preventative cardiology, diagnostic cardiology, and peripheral angiography. Additionally, Dr. Chandra focuses on congestive heart failure and cardiac rhythm monitoring for patients suffering from palpitations, stroke, or syncope. Dr. Chandra was nominated for the Outstanding Clinical Preceptor/Resident Teacher Award in the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Louis University Hospital in 2008 and 2009.

Dr. Geoff Comp is the Associate Program Director for the Creighton University School of Medicine Emergency Medicine Residency at Valleywise Health Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. He is also the Division Chief for Wilderness Medicine and EMS in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Valleywise Health Medical Center. Dr. Comp attended Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, now known as Kansas City University – College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCU-COM), in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Doctors Hospital/Ohio Health in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Comp participates as a leader, mentor, and advocate for wilderness medicine and EM medical education, with experience lecturing and teaching locally, regionally, and nationally. His professional and research focus includes wilderness medicine, physician wellness, mentorship, and innovation in medical education. He constantly seeks opportunities to combine his interests through collaboration with others and outdoor exploration.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Comp can be found running or road biking, trying to find the best Mexican food in Arizona, or chasing his three-year-old twin boys (Austin and Carter) with his wife, Mackenzie.

Dr. Andrew Dawson is in private practice and owns Hope Headache and Neurology in Wentzville, Missouri. He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Dawson's route to medicine is a unique one. After graduating from Hazelwood Central High School, he headed to the University of Missouri in St. Louis, where he earned his Bachelor's in Music Education. After graduation, Dr. Dawson taught strings at McCluer High School and stack to students from grades 4 to 12. While teaching, the science bug hit him, and he started attending St. Louis University, where he earned his Master's in Organic Chemistry. He then attended medical school at A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) in Kirksville, Missouri. Dr. Dawson did his Neurology residency at Michigan State University at Garden City Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He trained under the esteemed neurologist Dr. Anne Pawlak. He then completed a fellowship at the acclaimed John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, where he focused on headache neurology. Dr. Dawson is board certified in Neurology by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also board certified as a Medical Examiner by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.
As any true St. Louisan, Dr. Dawson loves his Cardinals and Blues. If he is not at the clinic or watching games, he can be found listening to his favorite teams while playing with his homemade 3D Printer, his custom lasers or out fishing.

Dr. Linda Deppe obtained her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Duluth Graduate Medical Education Council Inc. in Duluth, Minnesota. Dr. Deppe is board certified in Family Practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Deppe spent most of her career at Loma Linda University in Southern California, mentoring and teaching a generation of Family Medicine residents and students. She served in many roles during her time there from 1993 – 2012. She found the trusted relationships and deep continuity there very rewarding, and she treasured the care of patients and families of all ages, including low-risk obstetrical care. In her last six years in practice, Dr. Deppe worked for the consortium of clinics with San Bernardino and Riverside County Indian Health. In both settings, she was instrumental in getting their accreditation for Patient-Centered Medical Home, process work on decreasing hierarchy within medical teams, and streamlining care in the outpatient setting.
Dr. Deppe is passionate about teaching learners about domestic violence, and she has been lecturing annually to osteopathic students for 20 years in Pomona, California, and Lebanon, Oregon.
Dr Deppe retired in 2017 and moved to Portland, Oregon, where she gardens, travels, and enjoys her young adult sons and their wonderful friends. She is happy to still have some involvement with medical students through the Narrative Medicine program at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Dawn Dillinger is a Pediatrician at Child Care Consultants in Columbus, Ohio, where she has worked since 2007. She graduated summa cum laude from Mount Saint Clair College in Clinton, Iowa. She then completed her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. She completed both her internship and pediatric residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Dillinger also completed a fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM). She is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, Ohio. Dr. Dillinger received the William I. Linder DO Advocate Award in 2021 from the Columbus Osteopathic Association for outstanding contributions to the osteopathic profession. She has two teenage boys and spends a lot of her time doing outdoor activities.

Dr. Tania Elliott is the Chief Medical Officer at Nectar, a comprehensive hybrid Allergy clinic with a flagship office in New York City. Dr. Elliott is board certified in Internal Medicine by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons and in Allergy/Immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. Previously, she served as Chief Medical Officer, Virtual Care, and Vice President of Clinical and Network Services for Ascension. In this role, Dr. Elliott led virtual care services and innovative care delivery models, including advancing the adoption of virtual care inclusive of inpatient, ambulatory, and remote patient monitoring programs across the continuum in 22 states. Dr. Elliott also led the organization's ambulatory behavioral health strategy, leveraging technology to insert behavioral health services into primary care and the clinical care model for hospital care at home.
Dr. Elliott also previously served as Medical Director, Clinical Solutions, at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where she specialized in developing innovative clinical programs incorporating the use of RPM and digital engagement for cardiovascular disease, women's health, and championed telemedicine reimbursement strategy. She also served as Medical Director of Doctor On Demand, now known as Included Health, where she was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training the nation's first virtual-only physician workforce.
Dr. Elliott is a nationally recognized leader in the digital health space. Dr. Christine Estrada is the Medical Director of Inpatient Hospice at Mountainview Hospital – Infinity Hospice Care in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice with a certificate of added qualification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM). In 2015, Dr. Estrada earned her Hospice Medical Director Certification (HMDC), and she has over 16 years of experience in the hospice and palliative care field and 20 years in medical practice.
Dr. Estrada started her physician advisor career at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2017, when her central advisory role started with throughput optimization. Her activities quickly expanded to include many other duties and roles. She has also proven to be a subject matter expert in clinical operations, strategic planning, and physician engagement and education. In her current role as Physician Advisor at Mountainview Hospital, she is a palliative care physician. She provides a great deal of education about the curative-palliative continuum of health care and end-of-life care. Dr. Stephanie Fabbro is Core Faculty for the Riverside Methodist Hospital Dermatology Residency Program in Columbus, Ohio. She is also an Assistant Professor in the Dermatology Section at Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio. In addition, Dr. Fabbro is a staff dermatologist for the Chalmers P. Wylie VA in Columbus, Ohio. She previously worked with The Ohio State University as an assistant professor in the Division of Dermatology. Schmidt College of Medicine in Boca Raton, Florida. She graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2005. Dr. Kev Gamadia is a neurosurgeon at Saint Francis Healthcare in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In his practice, he focuses on minimally invasive spine surgery. He performs minimally invasive transpedicular inter-body fusions, minimally invasive stabilizations for burst fractures, lateral lumbar inter-body fusions, and sacroiliac joint fusions, amongst other routine spine procedures. Dr. Howard Graitzer had a solo geriatric practice in Portland, Oregon, for 21 years until 2014. He then became an independent contractor and attending physician in Skilled Nursing Facilities for the Kaiser Permanente Geriatric and Long-Term Care Division until 2018. He is currently volunteering as an attending physician for End of Life Choices Oregon (EOLCOR) for patients undergoing medical aid in dying. Dr. Graitzer attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Zieger-Botsford Hospitals in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Dr. James Hearn is an Assistant Bioethics professor at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Joplin, Missouri. He is a graduate of the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, California. He then obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in San Diego, California. Dr. Hearn earned a second LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Negotiation Theory from the Straus Institute at the Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California. Dr. Hearn received his Master of Theology degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, and his Diploma in Anglican Studies and Doctor of Ministry from Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, where his doctoral work focused on the area of pastoral bioethics. He has a second doctorate in bioethics from Loyola University – Chicago. Dr. Hearn has served as a mediator for the Federal District Court in Los Angeles and is licensed to practice in California and Missouri. At the Straus Institute, his work focused on the mediation of end-of-life disputes, and his research included spending a year mediating such disputes in the ICU of a local hospital. In 2020, he was ordained to the priesthood in the Anglican Church in North America and, until leaving Los Angeles, served as an assisting priest at All Saints Cathedral in Long Beach, California. In February 2021, he was named the Canon to the Ordinary, making him the assistant to the Bishop of the Diocese of Western Anglicans. He also served as the Chancellor (legal advisor) to the Bishop and the Diocese. Dr. Hearn was also a partner in and served as general counsel to a real estate development and investment firm based in Century City, Los Angeles, which he joined in 2007 after 20 years in private legal practice.
Dr. Hearn has a variety of teaching experiences. He was a Lecturer in the Health Sciences Department at California State University, Northridge, for 16 years. He taught various courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including courses in death and dying, bioethics, and healthcare law. Dr. Hearn taught at the Bioethics Center at Loyola-Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. He taught courses in bioethics mediation, bioethics, the law, and bioethics and religion at Loyola. Additionally, he taught in the Patient Advocacy Program offered through the UCLA Extension Program. Prior to leaving Los Angeles, he was also teaching bioethics at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.

Dr. Dustin Higgins was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. He is the seventh of nine children. Dr. Higgins received his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Dr. Higgins then attended medical school at Midwestern University - Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-AZCOM) in Glendale, Arizona. Dr. Preston Howerton received his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine, now known as the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently, she is serving as the Medical Director of the Metabolic Genetics and Lysosomal Disease Program at OHSU. She is a Northwest Regional Newborn Screening Program consultant and is a member of their Advisory Board.
Dr. Yang was named a New York Rising Stars Super Doctor in 2018. In 2021, she was named Top Doctor by the Portland Monthly Magazine.
Dr. Yang loves hiking, spending time with her kitties, and trying new recipes in her free time.

Dr. Erik Zarandy is a 2012 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – North Georgia Campus (PCOM Georgia) in Suwanee, Georgia. He then completed a residency in Family Medicine and a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship through AnMed Health in Anderson, South Carolina. During his time in Anderson, Dr. Zarandy provided sideline coverage for several local area high schools, Anderson University and Clemson University. He also provided medical coverage for multiple triathlons, including the collegiate triathlon national championship.
Dr. Zarandy returned to the Atlanta area in 2016 to practice family medicine for Piedmont Healthcare in Johns Creek, Covington, and Marietta, Georgia. He is one of the team physicians for the Atlanta United Football Club in Atlanta, Georgia. He has also provided sideline coverage for multiple FIFA International Friendlies and English Premier League matches. In addition, he has provided medical coverage for the PGA Tour Championship. Dr. Zarandy recently became an Assistant Professor in the PCOM North Georgia Campus Family Medicine Department. Dr. Zarandy is board certified in Family Medicine and has a certificate of added qualification in Sports Medicine both through the American Board of Family Medicine.
